About the Presenter
Carlos "Los" Arroyo Jr. is the host of Flava Podcast and CEO of Flava Podcast Network, with over 35 years in entertainment managing concerts and nightclubs across multiple genres. His podcasting journey began in 2006 with The Udawg Show and later Ya Tu Sabes Comedy Hour.
In 2023, Los returned to podcasting, launching Flava Podcast and Flava Podcast Studio, solidifying himself as Chicago’s go-to podcaster. Mentored by David Shands and Omar El-Takrori, he continues to expand his influence, founding the Chicago Podcast Summit to connect entrepreneurs and podcasters. Now, he is committed to teaching podcasting and helping entrepreneurs elevate their brands through audio storytelling.
